17 months old

Little Cubby you are 17 months old today. You have such a personality. You are doing some cute and funny things right now. You are getting bigger everyday.

You love to talk in your own language. Boy you talk a lot. You look at us like we are supposed to know what you are talking about. You can only say a few words like daddy, wow, uh oh, no, wa wa, yes. You can imitate sounds.

You can point when you want down. You point to your mouth when you want to eat. You can raise your hands when you want up.

When you get angry you let us know about it.

You love to dance especially when the Wiggles come on. You bob your head when a song with a good beat comes on. You like playing with your little boom box. You push the button for music and then dance.

You like to push your toy cars around the floor or on the window sill.

You love playing chase with your brother. You love to wrestle with your brother and get tickled.

You eat more of a variety of food then your brother.

You love people. When we go out you just smile at everyone you see.

You love to give hugs. You will put your arms around my neck and just squeeze and laugh.

You take only one nap a day now. You still wake up a couple times at night. More than your momma wishes. You are still nurse in the middle of the night. That is the only way to get you to go back to sleep.

You like to look out the window and watch the cars go by. You get excited to see the fire trucks go by.

You give this really cute looks that makes us laugh.

You love to sit on my lap and cuddle especially after you get up from your nap. You usually sit on my lap for hour after you get up.

You like to be held by me and not your daddy. You are a momma’s boy.

You really bring joy to our lives and we love you very much!
